We ship orders within Germany via DHL for a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.99. Orders abroad cost EUR 24.90.

Tire orders are shipped via DPD.

For deliveries within Germany, you can choose express shipping directly in the checkout. If you order and receive payment by 1 p.m., we can ship the same day, so that the item arrives the next working day.

Absolutely! We offer test drives at our location in 63128 Dietzenbach (near Frankfurt). You can book these easily and with just a few clicks via chat or contact form.

We continue to offer suitable financing for our bikes. You can find information about this in the financing calculator or on the direct product pages.

We only offer financing or installment payments for our SUR-RON e-cross bikes. Information about financing can be found on the respective product page for the e-cross bikes.

We do not currently offer financing or installment payments for individual items. You may be able to pay in installments via a third-party provider such as Klarna or PayPal. However, we have no influence over this.

Our financing partners have certain requirements for financing. Please check in advance whether you meet these.

• Resident in Germany
• At least 18 years old
• Permanent and ongoing employment relationship or loan term within the fixed term
• Or receiving a pension in Germany
• If you are self-employed in Germany: (active for at least 3 years)

For successful financing with one of our financing partners, you will need the following documents.

• Valid identity card or passport
• pay slips for the last two months
• For self-employed persons: bank statements showing receipt of salary payments (financing not possible for cash payments)

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only the Light Bee L1e(X) has official road approval and therefore also the required COC document for approval. This cannot be obtained retrospectively for the X-Offroad-Performance variant.

There is no minimum age requirement for driving a SURRON. The law only requires a certain age for driving on the road, as you need a driving license.

An AM driver's license (scooter up to 50 km/h) is required for the SURRON Light Bee. This is already included in the Class B driver's license.

For the SURRON Ultra Bee and SURRON Storm Bee you need a class A1 (125cc) driving license, which you can pass from the age of 16.

The SURRON Light Bee Offroad Performance is a performance e-cross bike that was specially designed for off-road use.

This version of the Light Bee has no lighting equipment and is not throttled. Riding on public roads (including forest roads) is therefore not permitted.

If you want to be safe on the road, we recommend the SURRON Light Bee L1e(X). It has the same frame, the same motor and the same battery. However, it has all the features required for road use and a speed limit of 45 km/h.

In terms of construction, both bikes are the same. They have the same motor, the same battery and the same frame.

The SURRON Light Bee L1e(X), however, has a headlight, a rear light with brake light and license plate light, as well as indicators. All with the required E-identification. Also a license plate holder and a speed limit of 45 km/h.

The Offroad Performance version only has a simple headlight and a rear light and is not throttled. It is therefore not approved for use on the road or public paths.
