For financing through CreditPlus Banl, the following requirements apply, which must be met.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Residence: Germany
• Income:
  Permanent and ongoing employment with an employer based in Germany or the loan term must be within the employment relationship or receipt of a pension in Germany or self-employment in Germany (min. 3 years)
• Students & Trainees:
  Maximum loan amount for students is EUR 1,000. Trainees are considered employees with a fixed-term employment contract.
• Financing is not possible for:
  Unemployed people, Hartz IV recipients, social assistance recipients and maintenance recipients, people in job creation measures and those undergoing retraining, people on maternity leave, parental leave or who only receive parental allowance, third-country nationals with a residence permit that differs from the accepted permits, people who are under care, housewives and househusbands and schoolchildren.

Financing through our banks is possible with a term of 6 to a maximum of 96 months.

You can simply order from us using financing and tell us your desired down payment by email or WhatsApp. This way we can adjust the financing accordingly.

Special payments / special repayments are possible at any time without charge .

Currently, a maximum of EUR 12,000 is possible using the simple route. Financing beyond this must be examined separately.

Thanks to our strong partners, we can offer our customers a good effective annual interest rate of only 6.99%.

The interest rate is 6.80%.

CreditPlus Bank only accepts financing applicants who are resident in Germany.

We are therefore unable to serve customers from abroad directly through financing.

It may be possible to pay in installments via Klara Slice It. Alternatively, we recommend asking your own bank. Financing of this amount is often straightforward.

If you have placed an order with financing, you will receive an email from us no later than the next working day (Mon-Fri) with all the information we need from you.

As soon as we have all the data, we can enter it in the Bank11 merchant portal and usually transmit the result of the preliminary check within a few minutes.

So first of all, congratulations! You will soon be the owner of a new bike!

If your request has been approved in advance, all that is missing is the submission of the required data and WebID to identify you.

The online procedure:
You will receive the loan agreement directly by email for an eSignature and can sign directly online. Bank11 uses a WebID service provider for identification. You will need an ID document for this and will be asked to show it in a video call.

That doesn't sound good.

Please understand that we cannot resubmit the request or change the rejection.

We cannot see any reason for the rejection. Only the bank can see that.

Once you have submitted all documents and successfully completed the identification, it will take 2-5 days until we receive the "Go!" from Targobank.

We are only allowed to ship the goods once your order appears as "booked" with us.
